no power
Model Number: kuds301xblo Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
no power ck ac power at circuit board 120v jumped the door latch switch nothing works lights nothing thermal switch is good. im thinking circuit board?

Per the manufacturer instructions (not very clear) the problem in such situation can be a faulty control panel (console) as well as a faulty control board. No other diagnosis instructions provided. I would replace the console first. If you need the correct part number for the console, post the color of it.
