Blinking control panel lights
 

The control panel lights blink erratically and the washer will not start. Turning off the current does not change the blinking. Occasionally the washer will run, but will turn on and off throughout the wash cycle. Rather think it is the control board, but hate to replace the part with out knowing for sure. Thanks for the help.

Erratic blinking LED's usually indicates a bad control panel.
