Standing water inside GE Profile Dishwasher
 

There is dirty standing water inside dishwasher after it cycles. A few cycles before it stopped draining the dishwasher was making loud humming noises, then it quit draining and left standing water at bottom of dishwasher. I already cleaned the sump and removed the lower sprayer arm and everything appears to be okay. I also checked the drain hose and drain pump for obstruction but didn't find any obstruction. What else can I do fix this issue? Or, or is there a part that I need to fix the problem? Please help.

Found the problem. There was approximately 1/4" round by 2" long hard plastic straw that was stuck inside of the drain pump. I removed the object and the dishwasher is now functioning properly.
