Model Number: KUDI230BWHO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
Have not used DW for several years, when water stopped coming in. Afraid of plumber cost. Now turns out a mouse has been chewing on water fill hose. 20-20 hindsight!! I could have been using it all this time if I'd called plumber.
I have been running around to parts places (Santa Monica CA) but nobody stocks part #9741568. Have been on-line looking for possible substitutes; not sure if they work This hose has a bend at each end. Would a piece of rubber tubing 5/8 OD, 3/8 ID work, bent by hand, with enough slack to avoid kink? Appreciate any help; suggestions; honest opinions. I really can't afford a new one, and Í'm told they aren't as good as the Golden Oldies. Whattodowhattodowhattodo! Thanks! Ads By Google Related Models |
