Model Number: KUDS01FLSS1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
This dishwasher has worked intermittently since buying it, and it now won't finish a normal cycle at all. The "Normal" light is found blinking and water is left in the tub. Also, there is evidence of overheating on the control board where the connector blade is located from the relay for the heating element. I have asked Whirlpool what to do and they have sent me 2 replacement control boards, but they don't even work intermittently. I have confirmed that the heating element and the thermistor are both within the correct range of impedances and the hi limit thermostat is correctly normally closed. I just purchased a new fussible link since the old one opened probably because of the overheating of the control. The diagnostics cycle seems to work according to the technical information included with the dishwasher.
Any thoughts? Thanks, William Ads By Google Related Models |
