It has been making a loud grinding noise for a month or so. Then it quite working last night. I need to know if I should get the "Circulation Motor" or the "Circulation Pump and Motor Assembly". The later says it has the "larger 23.96 millimeter port for the thermistor", but not sure what that is, but should still work correct? I was ready to order right now, but the chat service could not tell me which to get. Also, are there instructions available to do this?

So I was going to order one of these parts last week, and used the chat service to find out which one to order. They said they could not help with that and referred me to this forum for tech support. I did that 4 days ago and have not yet received a response. If this is not the place to get the answer, can someone at least point me to the right location to get the answer?
