My dishes are not getting cleaned. I tested the water and it wasn't that hot. I thought it was the heating element. I checked to see if the water was spraying as it should and I watched the water spray with pressure but the lower arm, nor the upper arm was turning. Seems like the water was spraying all over the place but not through the upper spray arm. After the cycle was over, I touched the element and you guessed it. It was on! I remember opening the door at other times and the steam would knock you over. That doesn't seem to be happening anymore. I noticed the water level and it seemed just below the heating element. I have read the last couple of blogs and seems that I might have a clogged filter but not quite sure where to look to see if that is problem. Any suggestions?
