Model Number: GLD2440REB1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
I have the tub gasket (part #AP5319072) I read the Q & A part of your website of how to install it. Staff answer: no glue needed, just push the groove to the channel and it should stay. In my dishwasher, the old gasket is still there and it looked like it's glued there. Half of it has been off from the door and I did not want to take the whole thing off until I'm sure I can have this new gasket in there. I tried to fit the groove to the channel but it won't stay. If there's a heatproof waterproof glue I can use I think would be better. Any suggestions?
