Hi,

DW stopped running and different LEDs on the Control Panel are blinking randomly. At first it wouldn't run and the Start/Resume was blinking rapidly. Now, Sensing...Clean and Soak & Scour lights are blinking together slowly. Sometimes if I push the Cancel button it'll go into Clean cycle and start running but only for a few moments. Otherwise, the unit won't do anything else.

I've got the tech sheet and tried to put it into Diagnostics but no go. Also have unplugged it numerous times in the hopes of resetting it. Still no go.

Any ideas?

Hi Mark,

Most likely the problem is a bad key pad which is a part of the control panel. There is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well. I would replace the control panel first. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.

Yeah, I thought it probably was from the Tech Sheet and other posts here. We get a lot of power surges and it probably is blown. Thx.
