Model Number: FDB510 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
When dishwasher starts cycle it fills with water, then when it is suppose to spray, nothing. It will go all the way thru the cycle, open the door and dishes are still dirty, soap door open and soap still sitting there. The water does drain.
I took it apart, and it looks like when its suppose to shoot water up thru the tube into the spray arm the little motor doesnt turn at this time. I spun it and its not locked up (same part that drains) put it all back together and it worked.... but just for 1 wash. I have to do this every time we want to wash dishes. Last time i just banged on the spray arm real hard and it took off. I dont think its loose connection cause I can hear it buzzing during the spray part of cycle, buut it just doesnt spray. (arms are clean). Help! Related Models |
