When I close the door, the delay 2 hr led lites up and if I press any button, the child lock light comes on. I've tried holding the energy save/dry key for several seconds to clear the child lock and nothing happens. Does someone have the tech sheet for this model so that I can troubleshoot, or suggest next steps?
I've tried removing power for an hour, but after plugging in, after the 1st panel button press the 2 hr delay light and child lock light came on again.

Thanks in advance !

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems this sheet doesn't have the continuity test info for the user touch panel, as some of the other ones do. I'm trying to determine if the user touch panel is bad, or if it's the control circuitboard. Perhaps I'll search for some other tech sheet for a similar model that might have the UI continuity tests.
I figure it's most likely one of those two.. and based on this sheet, if it's a stuck switch, the led(s) are supposed to flash, not stay on solid.

Any ideas are appriciated, especially since it seems the touch panel is only available by purchasing the entire console, which is very pricey :(
