Model Number: 500   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi new here
i have a kenmore direct drive washing machine and when the machine is supposed to dump the water and the motor go in reverse it will not
any help o by the way i have changed the motor ok may have been a waste of money....any help..please my wife is killing me.

A Model Number may help others help you
Kenmore nubers are usually around 9 numbers.
Odds are high that this unit is actually a Whirlpool.
