The element tested good at Sears, but it does not heat. I have passed every fuse and switch I can find, but it does not heat. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Here are the parts for a DU810CWDB0
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL DU810CWDB0 | AppliancePartsPros.com

And the wiring/timer diagram

If the heater is good and the fuse is good and it does not heat either for drying or heating the water then all that is left is a bad wire or the timer
