Dishwasher not drying

Dishwasher not drying

Model Number: 587-16253402 Brand: Kenmore Age: Less than 1 year

My 2 week old Kenmore dishwasher worked fine the first cycle I used, and if I do a Quick Rinse. All other cycles seem to stop after the final rinse and then the Hi-Temp and the Heat Dry lights come on and flash over and over. It does not finish draining (except in the Quick Rinse cycle), does not dry the dishes and the clean light never comes on. Please help.
