dishwasher not draining
Model Number: mdb7100 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
maytag dishwasher won`t drain checked hoses & pump it has four wires yo the motor, so I believe it has to reverse to pump can anyone give me an idear on how to check this or if you had this issue what may need to be replaced thanks everyone for any help.

Disconnect the drain hose from the pump and check the flapper valve (#21 at the diagram).
- The flapper valve Part number: 99001799 Gene.
