control panel went a few months back and replaced that. Now it fills up and won't drain. Pump or something sounds really load when we start it up. Kindy a dissappointed because I spent the extra money on the Bosch so I wouldn,t have these kind of problems.

Remove the toe panel and check for 120 VAC to the drain pump while the control calls for drain. Post the results.

Which part did you call "control panel"?

I couldn't agree more about the spending extra for a bosch, mine has been nothing but problems...next time i will buy a kenmore and just through it away when it breaks down... my old kenmore was way more reliable.
