Default Need to pull the unit? Tiled in.
Model Number: SHU5315UC/U11   Brand: Bosch   Age: More than 10 years

Smelled something burning when we entered the house last night. Determined that it was something electrical on the Bosch dishwasher (I could see melted wires underneath).

Question is, can the pump motor or other major components be repaired in place or does the unit have to be pulled out of place for the repair?

The unit is a built in and the builder then tiled in the floor in front of the dishwasher. So if I have to pull the unit to have it repaired or replaced I have to have the floor torn up and retiled.

Any assistance would be fantastic. thanks
