Jenn-Air dishwasher runs with door open
Model Number: jdb1100aws Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
My dishwasher runs when the door is open or closed. Select the start button and the dishwasher begins running before the door is closed. Open the door while its running, the dishwasher will continue running. No other operational issues identified with the dishwasher. I replaced the door latch (part W10275768) although issue still occurs. Either the part is bad or its something else. Any suggestions? Thanks.
