A model number may help others help you.
Check for 120 volts across the fill valve when it should be filling. If it is there then you have a valve problem. It could be the valve is bad or that the screen filter on the input side of the valve is clogged. If it is the screen clean it, do not permanently remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood. Also could be a problem with the overfill float or switch.
