HI,

I have a ____ which just started to make a buzzing noise that is coming from the door. When i press the start or Cancel button, I get a loud buzzing noise which what seems like the top left corner of the door. Afterwards, the cycle starts, and i get a lower continuous buzzing noise.

Thinking the chopper blade motor was jammed i took it apart and removed some objects. Then thinking the blade was not turning, and the motor was burned up, I ordered a replacement assembly from this site, and replaced it successfully.

This did not solve my problem.

Now i'm back at square one.

What should I do to further diagnosis this problem.

• The sump pump works (it removes water).
• It fills properly.
• It seems that the soap dispenser opens (not sure if it opens prematurely when in longer cycle or is operating normally.)
