Hi,
My Whirlpool dishwasher detergent dispenser often does not open. When I manually advance the timer 360 degrees, the dispenser door opens at the appropriate time, with the dishwasher door open. I have taken the dispenser apart and cleaned it; the mechanical linkage to the timer appears ok. I am flummoxed!
