Start and Quick Wash Buttons will not work
Model Number: DU945PWSQ0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
At first just the quick wash button wouldnt work, so have just been using normal wash, but today I loaded my dishwasher and the start button when you shut the door will light up but will not work when pushed, what could be wrong with it???

Hi.
Unplug the unit. Remove the control panel. Disconnect the flex ribbon from the control board and using pencil eraser clean the contacts. Reinsert the ribbon and try if that helps. If not - replace the control panel. The control panel BLACK Part number: W10101960 If it's not black reply with correct color.
