I have a Maytag Neptune Model MDG5500AWW, Serial 63444461EE that has a unresponsive membrane panel. When I plug in the dryer it displays 67 and is unresponsive…. After reading what I could find it sounded like the control board needed to be replaced. I ordered a new control board from AppliencePartsPrors (part #33003028) and installed it today. The dryer now displays 50 on the control panel and the and the membrane panel is still unresponsive, none of the keys work, can not enter service mode to test it etc…

Before I order a new membrane panel does anyone have any suggestions on anything I can try to validate that the membrane panel is defective or that the new control board is a good part?

Thanks for your help
