Kitchaid Dishwasher wont start

Model Number: KUDIO1ILBLI Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

The heavy and normal cycle lights and the cancel light is flashing. I can' get it to start. Any suggestions?

Hi.

Remove the control panel, remove the ribbon connector from the board.

Using the pencil eraser clean the ribbon contacts.
Reconnect and power up the unit.

If it still doesn't work - replace the control panel.

Please, provide the color for correct part number.
