We have a Whirlpool Gold Blinking Control Panel refrigerator with a blinking display showing all 99 99. I also hear a slight beeping noise and the compressor seems to be coming on then cycling through several speeds then shutting off. This goes on and on and every time I hear a faint beep the speed on the compressor or maybe its a fan seems to go up. The light is still on and the display on the refrigerator side is all lit up with 9's and it blinks with the sound. I've pulled out what I think is the main circuit board and looked for any damage or shorts and it looks ok. The Freezer and Refrigerator is cool....Is there any sort of diagnostic mode I can use? Or is there any sort of troubleshooting I can perform?
