Model Number: SHE45MO6UC /48 Brand: Bosch Age: 1 - 5 years
I have model SHE45MO6UC / 48. I bought and installed it 4 yrs, 3 months ago (1-12-2008). In my kitchen sink, I just replaced the primary faucet which had four drops: hot, cold, sprayer and I don't know what the other one was for... When I installed a new faucet with 3 drops (hot, cold and sprayer), now the dishwasher doesn't work. ****It has power, it has a direct line from a hot-water valve......but does not get or spray the water. ****There are no kinks in the water line ****I have detached the hot water line hose from the main coupling intake, and then turned the hot water valve back on and it flows freely - no blockage. ****The only thing that has changed over the last week was when I installed the new kitchen sink faucet that has 3 drops instead of the old one that had 4. What do you think? Rick

I cannot find any info on the given model number so am doing a bit of guessing.
To recap you disconnected the water line at the water valve in the dishwasher and there was water there, correct? Check to see if the valve is getting 120 volts when it should be filling. If it is. Unplug/remove power from the unit. Remove the water valve and check the screen filter on it's input side. Clean if necessary. Do not permanently remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood. Perhaps when you did your plumbing some crud came loose and is now blocking the valve. If there is no voltage Most units have a overfill protection device (float and switch) wired in series with the fill valve. Check that the float assembly is not in the up position. Check that the switch is activated. Check that the switch contacts are actually closed.
