My dishwasher is filling but not cycling, i hear the motor running but nothing is happening inside. When i open it the motor continues to run for a few seconds (never did that before) The motor is working just nothing happening when it does.

The other day i ran a load and then when i went to empty it the dishes were still dirty, i thought maybe i forgot to actually start it and ran it and it worked fine. Today it will not cycle at all.

It drains fine if i push the cancel button.

The latch on the door broke last week but it worked fine after that and isn't leaking it just doesn't lock properly (you can just pull the door and open it without pushing the button) I am not really sure of the age as he installed it used a few year ago.



I am behind on rent and don't want to have to have the landlord come out of i don't have to and am freaking out.
