I am getting no water to the two top arms on my dishwasher. I have removed the accumulator assembly and cleaned out anything that was in there. Still not getting any water on top arms. Is there something else I need to check or clean or do I possibly have a bad pump? Bottom arm seem to be turning and spraying but I cannot tell how much pressure there is coming out.

Hi.

Inside the pump housing there is the Protector (number #8 at the diagram#9)located at approximately 7 o'clock.Check if it's plugged.

Check the wash arm jets and feed tube at the back for any blockage.

Check the water level. Add few cups of water during the wash.

If the problem is with the level of water, check the screen inside the water valve.
Here are the breakdown diagrams and http://www.appliancepartspros.c...el.aspx?model_id=5141714

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.

Thanks Simon. I found the problem. Removed the protector over the chopper and it was in pieces. The blade had come off and the screen was completely blocked. I replaced the chopper and seems to work fine. Thanks for your help.
