Question frigidaire d/w won't drain
Model Number: FDBB840DC0   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi,
I actually have two problems with ths dishwasher. The first is the drian function is not working properly. At least 2-3 inches of water is always standing after a cycle. The second is the god awful noise that its making during the initial fill up and while running. I have checked the drain hose completely from sink to drain pump(clear). I am ready to remove the drain pump and/or the motor but i have no idea of what voltages i am looking for to tell me if one or the other is bad. Is this a common problem to anyone out there? Thanks!!!!!
