Dishwasher upper rack

Dishwasher upper rack

Model Number: 66516532200 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

i just had the upper rack replaced with part # 221108193943 and there are two extra tines (?). I believe these are supposed to hold the glasses in place. Are there any diagrams showing how to install these?
