Dishwasher won't fill water
Model Number: 665-1514590 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
My kenmore won't take in water, either on rinse or from start to finish.

Remove the toe panel, remove the wires from the water valve solenoid and check the solenoid for continuity. Check for 120 VAC between these wires while the timer calls for water. If there is proper voltage then replace the water valve.
