The bottom spray arms are not turning, there is water coming out of the holes but how much should be coming out. The water supply line to the unit was recently replaced. How hard should the water be coming out, how far should it spray out of the holes. If the water pressure is not the problem, what else could it be.

Remove the pump cover and the inlet protector.

Check the chopper for clog.
