moved machine now dosen't wash

Model Number: 66513812k601 Brand: Kenmore Age: Less than 1 year

I recently moved the dishwasher and now the clean light blinks off and on and the washer won't wash. I read somewhere that I may need a code to unlock the machine. Can you help?

The tech sheets should be in a pouch behind the bottom panel.
