Model Number: MDB5100AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a 7 year old Maytag dishwasher. As I closed the door to start a new cycle I noticed the smell of burnt plastic. I opened the door and black smoke wafted from the door latch. The power is now shut off from the appliance. Is this a repair that I could do myself? What parts do I need to look at replacing?
