My dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly. It seems to run the cycle ok, and drain ok, but there is food residue left all over the dishes. I have pulled the dishwasher out and checked the drain hose and cleaned out the drain area around the sump (which had a lot of stuff in it) then tried it again and their is no change. I have also checked the air gap to make sure that it is clear. It seems as though the food is not draining out quick enough and the food particles are being sprayed all over the dishes during the rinse cycle. Any help would be appreiciated.
