My dishwasher is stock #17829, Type #279-2, Serial #FP2642039, Mod #665.178290000. I hooked up and plugged in my dishwasher. I pushed start and the cancel/drain light lite up and it started to drain. For some reason it will not go into start mode. None of the other lights lite up except the cancel button. I was told maybe the board needs to be replaced. If this is the problem where can I find a repair manual or instructions? Can someone help me with this?

Most likely the problem is a bad key panel which is a part of the control panel. If you need the correct part number then post the color of the control panel.

The color of the control panel is tan or almond in color. Can you help me find the part number?
