Jenn Air Dw Won't Run
Model Number: JDB3610 AWX Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 1 - 5 years
My Jenn Air jdb3610AWX will not fill or drain. When I close the door, the normal cycle light is lit, but nothing happens. Manually filled it and did the same thing and it would not drain and no cycle started, even though the 'normal wash' llight was lit.
Replaced the fill valve, replaced the float switch, checked the fill hose (was clean and clear and flowed water), cleaned out the drain area (had a couple small pieces of wine glass in it). Did not yet check for 110V at the fill valve, but it won't pump out pre-cycle either. Really strange???? Wish I had a trouble shooting guide-LOL! Any suggestions as to what to test next?
