Model Number: wtw5521sq0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
please help!!!
my washer fills up. begins to agitate with each agitation it goes clank! clank! clank! at a rather slow process.then at the spin cycle.it wont spin but sound likes a high speed drill from hell really loud.the water empties but wont spin. any answers ? thank you Ads By Google Related Models

Hello.
From the clunky clank sounds you are describing I should point you to the coupling assembly. There is the chance it could be something ells but I would stick with coupling. It's located between the motor and the transmission. The motor coupling Part number: AP3963893 On the diagram#3 position#13.
