We just finished remodeling our kitchen, and after one week of happy use and the first time using our brand new Whirlpool GU2300xtv dishwasher we noticed leaks coming from the bottom left of door near hinge area.

We had AE technician out who replaced gasket and some door screws which worked for one cycle. However after running again after he left on another day, we get the same leak.

I noticed that the water seems to "splurt" out left bottom side in drops during the times when cycle starts. The other odd thing is that when I seem to open/close door after I notice leak, sometimes it stops? Almost makes me think the door is not closing properly to seal at certian times. We have had a ton of issues during the kitchen remodel and am hoping we dont have to go through hassle of removing dishwasher which is sealed very tightly in place.

Any thoughts on some other things to check before we have to go through pain of removing/etc. would be greatly appreciated.
