The top rack sticks when pulling out or pushing in,. Sometimes if you lift the right side it will go in easily. Also the small rod that connects it to wall of DW comes out if top rack is full. Worry about breakage if someone doesn't pay attention.

Mamaford, You're going to need to remove the upper rack and glides from the tub, and check the tub roller/screws Part number: AP2039133
Part number: AP2039133
for being loose or flat spots, etc. You'll need to check the rack rollers and axles Part number: AP4982277
Part number: AP4982277
and Part number: AP3854206
Part number: AP3854206
to make sure the axle has not broken or become unclipped to the rack wrung. You may need a small flat blade screw driver to unsnap and remove the four(4)rack glide end caps Part number: AP4484666
Part number: AP4484666
and a pair of needle nose pliers to snap the axle retainer clip tightly to the rack wrungs.

:) :) :)
