Model Number: GSD5216F00AA Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Hello, my GE dishwasher recently began leaking from inside the door. I have removed the inside panel and noticed water/soap residue running down from the bottom of the tank rinse aid assembly (part AP4368045). The inside door was wet. I have removed the tank assembly and can see the soap stains from the bottom of opening where the rinse tank is connected to the door.
I am not sure if the leak is due to the tank rinse aid assembly connection or water/soap entering from damaged fill cap threads (despite the fact that we have never used any rinsing agent in the 3 years since we moved in). I noticed the diagram of the tank rinse aid kit on your website has a washer/seal which mine does not have. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you. Ads By Google Related Models |
