I ordered a bottom rack for my dishwasher and it came without the cone shaped object that water shoots threw in order to wash the top rack. It is currently on my old rack and I cannot remove it to put on the new rack? Why did it not come on the new rack in the first place?

Please help me to transfer the old one to the new or order one to put on the new bottom rack that I received yesterday. It is part number AP3177328 and I paid 76.83 for it which I think should have included the cone shaped part that is attached to my old bottom rack.

I was able to install it but need help to install the two extra flex rows with the supplied parts which are: 2ea flex row retainers, flex row pivots and guides.
