Hi, Recently I ordered a replacement upper dishrack for my Whirlpool dishwasher (part number AP3594740; model number GU1500XTKS0; order number 731830). I am having a problem installing the new dishrack. In order to install the new dishrack I need to disassemble the old dishrack and use some of the old parts to install the new dishrack. Your web site displays an 'exploded view' diagram of the upper rack and track parts. The problem I am having is disassembling the parts labeled 2,3,14 and 15 shown in the upper right of the 'exploded view' diagram. In particular, I need to be able to pull out the two parts labeled #15, but I don't see how to do this without destroying the parts. Can you explain to me how to disassemble these parts without destroying them so that I can reuse them with the new dishrack? Thanks.

Parts ##2, 3 & 14 are secured with two screws each.

The retainers (#15) are a push-in parts. If it is not possible to remove them undamaged then you probably have to order a new retainer.
