Model Number: KDI-16 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
Hello all,
Somehow my wife keeps convincing me that we need really old appliances. Our current buy (actually free on craigslist) is a dishwasher - KitchenAid KDI-16. Problem....It is missing the timer knob (looks like a screwdriver was used in lieu) and it is missing the left push button from the two button pad. The metal bracket for the button is still there, but not the chrome plastic button. Appliance Pros just emailed me to tell me the parts are no longer available. Does anybody know of a used parts vendor or happen to have any spares? I am currently unemployed so please no offers of insanely expensive "vintage" parts. This would be a perfect addition as our fridge is a 1940's GE and our stove is an early 60's GE P7. Thank you for any help! Joel Related Models |
