Dishwasher Repair

dishwasher will not start. Has power. have replaced the fuse before. panel lights up when turned on but in section where time left is displayed there are 2 dashes?? does this mean I need to replace fuse again of is there something wrong with panel? also has message to add rinse aid?? this shouldn't cause it to not turn on??

do you think it could be the circut baord on the panel? I take it you don't think it has anything to do with the rinse aid section?? could the sensor cause this? there are 2 dashes in the status section on the front panel?? what does this mean?
