Dishwasher drains slowley
 
Dishwasher does not seem to drain forcefully, seems to drain very slow on the discharge. Also found water lying in base of unit, approx. 1' to 1-1/2" deep. Is there a filter that could be clogged or possible drain hose? Would removing hose off of pump help ?
