Top arm does not work

Top arm does not work

Model Number: 587.15152400 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

I have pulled the dishwasher, cleaned drain (exposed down to the floating ball) and inspected for blocked line going to top.........all clear. From the previous posts, does it look like the pump is going? Everything else seems to work okay except that water is only trickling down from top jet therefore, as best as I can tell, does not allow the arm to turn (cyntrifical force).
