dishwasher won't drain. Filter is clean as is air gap. water in hose I suppose because not draining. Never any waste put in washer. How can I run a diagnotic to see want the problem may be. I know there is a way to trouble shoot by pressing buttons in a certain order. I have reset and unpluged unit
