Hello,

My Kenmore Elite is not cleaning my silverware. From many of the posts I have checked looks like I need to check the chopper, but I cannot figure out how to get to it.:confused: I have disassembled the spray arms and covers down to the basin that I believe covers the pump and chopper assembly but don't know how to get to it. I am skeptical because with this design I do not see how any large particles could even get to it.

Please help:eek:
