I own a Whirlpool dishwasher DU1145XTPQA that seems to run forever. Reading through this site I have initially checked to see what our house water heater was set on, (130 degrees) but I am at a loss as to where to go from there. It will run for six plus hours on normal cycle, not as long on the light cycle (only about three). I purchased this unit new from Lowe's about two years ago, and of course I did not purchase the extended warranty because Consumer Reports said that Whirlpool was a good brand and needed fewer repairs than most brands. If anyone happens to have any idea what might cause this constant running I would appreciate the help. Thank you.
